Stuart took the time to find the problem with our central heating pump, and explained exactly what was wrong. He got it replaced quickly and without fuss, dealing with the minor issues that cropped up. Drained down the system too. We now have heating again. Cannot recommend Fen Property Services enough and we have already booked our next piece of work with them. Communication via Ellen was superb too, which is a big plus.

Very happy with the work provided by Fen property services. I hd a toilet replaced ( new pipe work included) and a cylinder upgrade. Thank you so much to Fen Property for installing our fantastic new ATAG boiler and upgrading our entire heating system, including removing my old boiler, header tank and storage tank. Amazing service from the first site visit, to leaving the site clean at the end. Ellen, Stuart and the team were brilliant, consulting us all along the way on: where we’d like radiators to go, where to reposition the boiler and even which way the gas pipe went (sorry I kept changing my mind!). 1st class heating engineers. They did a power flush as my radiators weren't working at all downstairs and not that much upstairs either! They were here for much of the day and worked very hard all day leaving me with a wonderfully balanced, fully working central heating system and for a very fair price too. I used this company recently on a recommendation. I needed an old fitted gas hob replaced by a new electric one. The work was meticulously carried out by Stuart and Matt who took the greatest care throughout - testing and retesting at every stage. I was extremely satisfied with the result which was completed in the estimated time scale. They even agreed to dispose of the old hob and parts for us. Thoroughly recommend them and will use them again.
